Point of Sale (TrivexaPOS)

A fully integrated point-of-sale system connected directly to the ERP, sharing the same products, customers, and invoicing flow, with support for retail, restaurant operations, and online sales in both online and offline modes.

EMBEDDED POS

Embedded POS — not a separate system, part of the ERP

The POS is fully integrated within the ERP system, using the same data for products, sales, inventory, and accounting. Whether sales happen online, at the counter, or in a restaurant, everything is recorded in one unified system with a single source of truth.

Three operational modes

Retail POS A fast and efficient checkout system designed for retail stores, offering easy product browsing, customer selection, barcode scanning, quick access buttons, transaction holding and retrieval, flexible payment methods, service charges, and automatic tax calculation.
Restaurant POS Manages restaurant operations with table layouts, dine-in and takeaway orders, kitchen coordination screens, customizable order options, bill splitting, and automated order routing to kitchen stations for smooth service flow.
E-Commerce POS Handles online orders from apps or websites by integrating them directly into the POS system, allowing staff to manage pickup and delivery orders alongside in-store sales within a single workflow.
OPERATIONS

Terminal activation, cashier management, and shift control

Multi-terminal per store with security key activation. Cashier PIN login with lockout protection. Full shift lifecycle: open, sell, close, reconcile — with complete accountability and audit trail.

Terminal activation Enables secure activation of POS devices within a store, supporting multiple terminals with shared configuration settings for consistent and controlled operation.
Cashier management Controls cashier access through secure PIN login with protection against repeated failed attempts, assigns cashiers to specific terminals based on roles, and manages individual permissions for each user.
Shift reconciliation Tracks the full cashier shift lifecycle from opening to closing, comparing expected and actual cash amounts, with real-time monitoring and detailed end-of-shift reporting for full control and transparency.
Multiple payment methods Supports various payment options including cash, card, credit, and split payments, with automatic handling of service charges and taxes based on country-specific rules.

Restaurant-specific features

Floor plans and tables The system displays a visual floor plan of the restaurant that reflects the real-world table arrangement, with real-time updates of each table’s status, capacity tracking, and full management of the dine-in order lifecycle from customer arrival to order completion.
Kitchen Display System (KDS) Routes orders directly to kitchen stations with a clear, queue-based workflow for preparation and service, supported by a dedicated Kitchen Display System (KDS) application to improve speed and accuracy.
Modifiers and quick keys Supports item customization through modifiers such as size, extras, and special notes, along with quick keys for fast item selection and category-based routing to kitchen stations.
Order types Walk-in customers generate an invoice directly, dine-in orders are created as sales orders until payment is completed, phone orders are recorded as sales orders, and app orders are received from the e-commerce channel.
Delivery and drivers Assigns drivers to delivery orders and enables real-time tracking and status management for orders coming from apps or online channels.
ONLINE / OFFLINE

Online and offline capability

The system continues sales even when the internet is down, and automatically updates all data once the connection is restored, ensuring no interruption in daily operations.
